Lunch: Spinach chicken salad and protein shake.

Dinner: Steak Shish kabob with veggies

Desert: Half piece of cheese cake.
Not my healthies day. I had a LDS YW Mutual activity where we had dinner and desert. Kinda felt back, but at the same time, I have to stay happy! Double the work tomorrow!

Post workout: Protein shake.
Today, I didn't eat enough. I want to eat a big lunch, and I got distracted. I definitively need to eat more throughout the day.
