Week 1:

It is incredible to me that in one week I can feel a complete change. My cardio, muscles  weight and eating habits have turned a 360. I have lost 7 pounds, sleep much better, have much more energy and overall feel much heather  I love this life style change. I truly am getting my fitness back! I was born an athlete and this is bringing it all back!
